By submitting design requests, inspiration photos, or customization details:

• You acknowledge that all MoniQ products are handmade and slight variations may occur.

• Exact duplication of inspiration images cannot be guaranteed; each piece is uniquely created.

At MoniQ, every product is intentionally designed and handcrafted specifically for you. Because our pieces are custom-created and personalized based on individual customer visions, all sales are final.

• MoniQ will send proofs for design approval, once accepted, its final.

✅ Chargeback Protection Clause

• Unauthorized chargebacks for custom items may be disputed with proof of policy agreement.
