• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

• Each item is made-to-order and tailored to your specific design request, which means it cannot be restocked or resold.

We encourage all customers to carefully review their order details before completing checkout.

A refund, replacement, or correction may be considered only if an error occurred as a direct result of MoniQ’s production process.

Examples include:

• Incorrect item received

• Design not matching approved proof (if applicable)

• Damage caused during creation prior to shipping
